At Black Sheep Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our coffee beans and grounds, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise and equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened bags of coffee cannot be returned.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the items in their original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure faster processing.

Ship and Refund

Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
